Courier handing over a parcel

Send · Track · Claim

Send it. Follow it. Claim it if it goes wrong.

Parcelhouse is an independent postal house. Drop a letter, ship a parcel, collect from a hub, and open a claim if an item is late, lost, or damaged — all on one reference.

How Parcelhouse works

Four steps, one house. You do not need a separate site for sending, tracking, collection, or claims.

  1. 1

    Choose a service

Letterbox for cards and slim packets, Parcelhouse Parcel for US boxes, or Across Borders for Canada, Mexico, and the rest of the world.

  2. 2

    Hand it in

Use a counter, locker wall, or scheduled pickup. Keep the tracking number from the receipt.

  3. 3

    Follow the scans

Every hub scan, out-for-delivery attempt, and collection notice sits on the same tracking page.

  4. 4

    Claim if it fails

If the item is late, lost, or damaged, open a claim with the same number. Staff pick it up from the desk.

Services and prices

Walk-up rates for Letterbox, Parcelhouse Parcel, and Across Borders. Business senders can ask the house for scheduled pickup.

Help, business sending, and the house

Read the help hub before you write in. Shops and warehouses can ask about scheduled pickup, returns, and a single advisor for a failed run. Parcelhouse is independent — not part of any national carrier.
